SlavaBorisov has led DDC Group, Inc. since its inception. He developed his intimate understanding in the commercial development industry from his time overseeing hundreds of projects. Mr. Borisov has over 10 years experience in real estate development and oversight of 200+ projects, managing a commercial real estate portfolio of over $105 million spanning 33 states and 17 countries. It was from these experiences that he began to develop the ethos central to DDC; crucially, that putting service to the customer above all else in the real estate development processes led to a radically more effective and rewarding working experience, with a greater likelihood to bloom into long term creative partnerships. This “white glove” approach is still the central kernel of the philosophy of DDC to this day.
